Plus people structure their businesses in different ways.Saying that, Ideally you'd have an LLC or Land Trust to purchase the property with so your personal name isn't on title, then your lender wires the money to close and the closing attorney files a security deed on their behalf so they have to get paid in order to transfer the title.

As a quick analysis it passes the 1% rule meaning the monthly rent is at least 1% of the purchase price although 2% is ideal.

You should obey the lease and ask your landlord will it be ok to work on your auto on the property we had a pro tenant a few years back that tried to find loop holes in the lease and sorry to say they are living some place else now.

My ideal tenant does not come close to those serviced by the NY Housing Authority and my tenants would no way put up with the situation where things were unsafe.

If 'yes', then the company should also provide a scope of treatment and protocol sheet for the owner and/or occupant.You have multiple things going for you: 1) place is empty, so treatment is ideal, 2) you don't own it yet, so your up-front cost of detection is minimal, 3) it's not move in ready so the BB issue is not a gating item, 4) your treatment will be effective since you (not a tenant) control all the variables.Regarding canine services, I'd not employ this detection method for a duplex for one primary reason: expense.
