For example, had a small-time cheap floor guy lay some LVP for me... genius didn't undercut the door jambs because I didn't specify, and also didn't use the underlayment which was required in the instructions since it's a concrete subfloor.

I like to return it sooner but honestly am in no hurry to do so and I make sure that there is no hidden damage before returning it but in my opinion once it is returned it is gone and it will be very hard to justify getting it back if you find additional damage.

The bid process is often a hidden change order game.Bottom line, make sure you talk to at least 3 or 4 design build firms, visit their sites (you can tell a lot about a builder by how they keep a job site), talk to their current and past clients Make a choice and trust the process.

If this isn't the case you should be able to create the LLC through the state with you as the registered agent and then change it to the company once your LLC has been formed.As for the EIN, you must have a registration number from a formed LLC to get, if you have questions on that the the IRS has step by step instruction on how to obtain the EINi have never used a virtual office but im sure the registered agent company might be able to help you out with that.
