I would say it's simply a business relationship, but there isn't an even an actual existing functional relationship to even speak of.

@Joseph R FornwaltNo matter which route you decide to take, you still have to understand the ins and outs of the business, how syndications function, the offering details, and the overall process.

There was baseboard heating installed at some point, but in the initial walkthrough it was not clear whether these are function (they don't seem to be). 

Most sellers don't function as logically as you would assume they would.
