Not only are you providing supportive, educational parenting, but also you are creating an environment around you that (via the DRIP) that enables that fostering from others as well.

QUESTION(S): Our local city (and maybe the county as well in a collaborative effort) is proposing a TIF district that would include our 4 1/2 acre commercial property that is mostly undeveloped at this time (but we do use and need about 1/2 acre).

If you look up the Putnam Project in Bennington, then you will find that that the hospital, town, two colleges, and other private investors are collaborating to invest over $50 million into the the Putnam block right on the four corners.

First you want to have a consultation with @Dave Foster: who specializes in these 1031 exchanges and then start looking for properties to exchange to.
