I don't think you're to be influenced by anything that anyone says here on BP to the negative but I'll try again.A one-bedroom is functional obsolete.You stated that your HOH feesDOUBLED in three years.My guess is that you did not have any"special assessment"during that time or it would've been even worse.Many people have asked for positive experiences from condo investors with no positive reply.

I don't let outside factors influence my decisions and just trust my process.

A good book/ audio book that influenced me in my real estate developing journey was "Peebles Principles" by R.

People of the Shire move closer to the equator and get a bit of alien influence. 

@Austin Smith I think the key is to consistently market to your sphere of influence.  

motivate' seminar attendees to "be their own boss", "escape the rat race", and "take control of their life" (with requisite slideshow of people enjoying leisure activities that YOU TOO can enjoy) all while belittling those who (ironically) choose the path of fiscal responsibility.Do they parade cardboard cutouts of the pretty faces from the teevee shows on the stage while the excessively tanned guy with pretty hair does his best Glengarry Glen Ross and tells you what a loser you are if you don't fork over the 40k?
