It is up to you if you are capable of learning from it.

It would really ease a lot of your troubles if you worked with a lender who was investor friendly instead of trying to fight banks that don't really do what it is you'd want them to do. 

He set up our system and we can do everything from text messaging, voicemail message drops, email drip campaigns, pull in Zillow comps, google maps, auto generate contracts with online signature capabilities, etc.

It may have saved headache but that much of a different for potential rental income may not be worth this fight. 

My biggest issue right now is tracking SOI and leadsI was leaning heavily toward using Podio and actually spent many hours of the past few days reading, and watching videos about Podio and i was all excited to signup for the software due to all the functions it is capable of doing with Globiflow, but when i called in to signup today, they sticker shocked me by telling me that it would be $120+/Month to gain access to the globiflow program. 

Their best approach would be to try to negotiate some form of additional compensation rather than fight to get temporary access to the property.

Beyond that, there are issues with the quality of the schools, the planning capabilities of the students and the actual skill set students will walk away with. 

Anyway, I made a personal decision to cancel no matter what, and if the PM had come after me for extra fees (on multiple leases) I would hire a great lawyer and put up a tough fight.
