It's simply the wrong way to start off.While you've got that going on, take the time to continue educating.

I want rentals in markets where the economy is strong, and very likely to continue to be strong. 

I'm convinced the economy that continues to plow it's way forward is a completely different animal than the economy we know and understand back home in the states.   

Simply make the monthly payments on the construction line of credit, and pay it off at closing, or continue making the monthly payments and use the money at closing to being another deal.I'm still vetting this scenario, and as i said, I'm still in the research phase.

The real estate market is booming, as foreigners continue to purchase private homes and private properties near to the beach like crazy.

I believe new guys hyped up by the TV shows will continue to overpay and may things crazy until they go out of business.  

And the Texas A&M campus in the south of the cIty continues to grow.

I don't know if I'll continue to use them after the duration of this lease.

@S Harper I would let the tenant know that they will need to continue paying the rent until the apartment is empty.
