Not that they mind paying them for a property they are genuinely interested in - but some landlords/PMs try to churn multiple application fees and view them as a source of income, as opposed to doing it in more of a serial fashion: 1.

I would give it a shot if for nothing else to get up to speed and see how realistic it is to actually collect.I did ONE time garnish and was getting paid but then they quite soon after and I lost interest.. another filed BK and I had to give all the money back to the trustee .. that was a bummer.. hopefully you have put enough reserves aside to ride this event.. its never ending as you will soon find out.

Its a slippery slope with legislation, but if I can ride this wave for as long as I can I can put away some serious cash, so that if/when things change I will be well prepared to change my strategy into accumulating long term rentals or something like that.

I could be wrong, but from a first glance of the list on the Chamber site, these seem like commercial property managers for specific properties (Fashion Square Mall, Bay City Towne Center, etc).
