@Todd Dexheimer The only thing I can imagine is the noise from ambulances (maybe) aside from that it seems like if the rest of the area is nice the units may come at some kind of premium.Things like eliminating a commute, especially when you work weird long hours.Ease of response if you're a doctor or nurse on callEasy access to care if you're someone who anticipates visiting the ER (fall risk or heart condition) and potentially eliminating the need for ambulances (I work in insurance, those things are expensive to ride in).I may just be new to all of this but that's me just spitballing about what some of the positives may be.

That would be akin to selling your stocks in 2012 after losing your butt for 5 years; which was 5 years shy of the FULL rebound of the stock market to a point about 2x the 2007 highs.Investing in the stock market is not wisely used a short-term investment vehicle and I believe you would be doing yourself a disservice to look up and see the sky falling (due to a very clear cause -- a virus) and dump your depressed stocks so that you could put that money into a (potentially) inflated commodity like investment real estate.

I am two weeks away from the closing date on a 2b 2b cando. Received the Appraisal yesterday, with an estimated $1700 of FHA required repairs and the seller refuses to make any repairs. The lender doesn’t do hold back...
