Not too bad on the digging here except for right around the water connection where I need a big hole to disconnect the line running from the well to the house and connect to the community water.

In parallel circuits, it doesn't matter what you plug into an outlet or how much current it draws, if wired correctly it will never effect the voltage of anything else on the circuit (of course there are exceptions, but those aren't present here).

Bottom line, your note won't have much to do with the disposition of assets or equities except that she will have other equities and less liabilities, that may be offset, it could mean that if liabilities were not equal the difference could be made up in the asset allocations....I doubt you'd get that deep in a customary divorce.

Once I hit 5 I cannot do a cash out refi on any of my properties except my primary so I felt I would be shooting myself down the road but taking that option off the table.
