My 2cents there is a lot of LLC fraud going on everyday and yes if the lender loan any money at all they will place a UCC filing.Joe Gore

Read BP everyday for 6 months.

When we get to retirement age, we want recurring passive income rather than the type of income we have to work for every day. 

I scan the mls everyday for good deals and have "Cash Investors" ready to purchase.

In situations like this i like to contact a public adjuster to consult with to find out how insurance company would handle this... most public adjuster have either worked for large insurance companies and if not they deal with them every day. the reason i would contact them is to understand liability and who the liability sits with. sorry for the cruddy situation. 

He put a spray on the floor and required that I vacuum everyday; the vibration causes eggs to hatch and die with their exposure to the spray.I want to save myself the hundreds of dollars it cost me by doing it myself.
