I mean, the next time we sell there simply might not be a property that fits our objectives especially in the 45 day identification period.

That clause generally applies more for those in the National Guard or Reserve who are activated for a long period of time (thus may have to take a leave of absence from a high paying job). 

I have only been doing this for a short period of time and focus mainly on cash flow and serving the working class tenant base, but would love someone to tell me that I am going to regret it in 10 years.  

Primarily, an inspection period which in FL realtor contracts gives them the right to cancel without having to give any reason whatsoever.

@Jeremy Rosario I think you need to first educate yourself and then start both lists at the same time.

There are plenty of real estate software/education scams out there so I felt like this was a very valid concern.
