Stand by them.I recently rented to a young couple and the the woman had great credit and an amazing job, while the guy had almost no credit history and was in school full time without regular work.

What do I do if the tenant I might be inheriting (in the White House) has a bankruptcy history (well that's putting it nice - it's more like a bankruptcy tendency to be honest) but my tenant criteria strictly says "No bankruptcy history"?
