@Bob Malecki  since your in the game as Dion is... and you have these companies or articles and BP podcast talking about how to buy a NPN get it performing etc etc which creates this fabulous return.I really don't think the folks listening to those or reading about fully understand that as you Both have stated and you are guys currently deep in the market .. that the eventual out is Normally foreclosure and resale of asset.

You need to get creative on finding properties, you need to get to them before they hit the market, you will not be able to compete with deep pockets so you need to find the deals and get them under contract before the big fish even know about them.
