Palo alto the 180 recently traded at 3.2 mil and the 350k one would be over 4 mil.. and would have cash flowed a ton :(  But you know I was at the time afraid of negative cash flow and I did make substantial profits on each that went into my business.. so not all bad.. 

I asked my pm to make sure it was working etc, don't need another one!  

This is for all the 'co-own curious' folks out there.I recently started a project aimed at making it easier and more affordable for people to co-own (and manage) homes together. 

We're submitting as a single family since it is single meter and understand the current zoning but are curious how this may complicate the process as we go to close. 

But In combination with fences and automatic gates it makes for a pretty secure-feeling place.

But the quick equity gains that are possible by tracking the seasonality and "buying right" makes up for any potential lost rent in spades.

They are the classic bad syndication company that makes risky investments with bad financing structures.
