Anyone have experience investing short term rentals on the beaches in AL like Orange Beach?

Since we are so early in the adu and no many compatibles to that (im talking about Orange County).  

If the amount of assets makes you think the estate consists of real estate, than immediately determining the address is not crucial.

But if you want the absolute lowest price, what I was talking about, was how my uncle bought a Utah property on the court house steps years ago, or how I bought a piece of land from an Oregon county via silent auction submitted on a two-pager directly to the county.So you need to either find a provider of local govt. data or contact each county directly.Disneyland would be Orange County, CA but I'm not familiar with anything East.

Does anybody have any VR in Gulf Shores or Orange beach AL area.

I'm sure there's usually a better way of answering such a question so that you don't weird out or anger the owner, right?

Many deals in the most desirable areas go to all cash buyers and are under contract frequently the day, or a handful of days, after hitting the MLS.If you're looking for deals in the area, I'd either suggest looking in slightly less desirable areas (like, say, parts of Newark, East Orange, other parts of Essex County), and/or positioning yourself and your finances such that you're either able to make all cash offers, or pounce on deals as soon as you see them.

Tracking the tenant payments and balances easily is actually the most crucial thing I am looking for although tracking expenses by category is good too.
