All I have seen is scolding by phone call :)Nothing here is criminal and congrats to the OP for getting the deal done. 

Read all the stories about innocent people having LOTS of money taken with NO criminal charge or conviction.  

Now it is just icing on the cake.  

Everything from they thought the person was a child molester taking pics of children, or casing the joint, criminal activity etc.
