Some of my most successful clients have done exactly as you described they had a JOB with a REIT or developer and learned their craft before launching out.Trying to get this type of education paying  companies that just sell short term training is very hit and miss. 

I am an out of state note investor, and have a note that is held in my companies 401K Trust, where a neighbor is suing the borrower in small claims court.   

Costs are adding up really fast.I work with a third party company that tries to get the best deals from various insurances they work with but Im noticing premiums are increasing with each new policy I add.

Because my transaction is fairly simple, could I just do the papers myself and simply have the title/escrow companies transfer the funds from one office to another?
