One thing I read about the benefit to that is being the "hub"  which everyone will get to know if it it successful. 

Central Oregon is a highly desirable place and I'm located in a great neighborhood. 

But just like all cities there are Hoods that command more money than others and in the central close in Portland they can change by block..

For reference, there is another homeless shelter in Austin (more east-central) that is literally overflowing at all times with homeless people, so I assume the South Austin shelter would eventually look similar to that.Any input is definitely appreciated!

When you account for current housing such as Sol y Luna, the HUB, the District on 5th, the Cadence, INDI, Campus Crossings, and a plethora of others you are looking at a large and growing supply.

We did a total remodel on this one we replaced the roof and the central unit.
