Hi everyone,andrew here fr singapore.I wanna check with u guys there if there is any company/finance house or even private individuals who is willingly to loan me a amount of USD$450,000 as i will be using the funds to purchase/finance a residential property in singapore(value ard USD$500,000).I would have no problem in paying back as i am a trained engineer but currently having some problem with the banks in singapore because due to the fact i was scammed in a business transaction a few years ago(loans taken fr the banks were all conned).I am a true and genuine borrower and i hope that only genuine lenders will contact me pls,i will dispense the informations abt the paying back interest rates and details with the interested parties when i replying back,thanks for viewing and have a nice day!

So unless you buy move-in ready houses prepare to work VERY hard, even if you have a lot of cash to burn the growing pains of time management, contractors,buying materials, getting out of the office to make a some quick calls, taking some days off, you can kiss your social life goodbye, so stress/hassle?
