So the agents these days are Taught to put this one their cell phone " Thank you for calling for faster service please text me " well that ends it for me :) the few times i try to engage in a text conversation I just get way to frustrated its too slow. theres no personal inflection I want to talk to agents to feel out If I think there is a light bulb on or if they are suitable for my needs I can do that quite quickly on the phone.So to answer the OP I am not sure what you do to get anyones attention these days in the go go text dont talk modern world.

I've added value to the property by painting, replacing light fixtures, multiple ceiling repairs, shower repair, replaced toilets and vanities, replaced wood rotten side door with glass door, demolished an old shed to create more yard space, a/c repair, Heat repair and more .

I'm looking for a tool tool that can quickly take all factors into account such as mortgage interest and depreciation allowances to work out the true effect of our returns.I know it's impossible to expect any piece of software to give me a green or red light with regard to property acquisition.And realize a deal is good depending largely on the circumstances of the investor.
