Before talking to the engineer I am dealing with now I had a plan for 2 separate sand mound systems one house was 3 bed the other 4.

One of my friend was a realtor (I didn't know) so I called her and she showed us a Triplex, townhouse style, 2 beds, 1.5 bath, we bought it with 1 month. 

They can be delivered two at a time on a tilt bed truck trailer. 

my property is 4 beds 2 bath all block construction as opposed to wood frame which is a big deal down here in florida.  

Its almost 3600 sf. 4 bed 3 bath build in 1911.

I know they have lots of properties to fill and ours is a small 1 bed that is harder to fill. but I don't see him putting in as much effort.
