On a sidenote your area came in as one of the 10 best areas to flip and on some article I read.

@Dmitri L.I just read the article you posted in the link and I've never heard anything about those rods.

I started a blog (www.miamirealestateinvestorshq.com)for local Miami / South Florida Real Estate Investors to provide articles and information to aid them in navigating the very diverse and competitive market real estate market.If anybody would like to write a guest post about anything related to the Miami real estate market, it can be featured on the website and act as a source of free advertising / name recognition for you, but more importantly to help fellow investors. 

There was an immediate response by the business who owned one of the buildings pictured in the news article and it sparked others to clean up as well. 

Folks need to see their attorney and conform to local practice, just because you file Articles of Incorporation doesn't mean you LLC will be working as you might think. :)
