Property management is amazing.

A one year old that is learning to walk will think that a two year old that can run and jump is amazing.

We have amazing investors down here that have lived and invested here for a long time.When you're down here get to know some good investors rather than Realtors.

The only exception is if owning real estate is the "one thing" that you are amazing at.

I am currently in college and I have parents and grandparents that may or may not want (they are "iffy") to invest in real estate and of course they are not wanting to take the time to go out and look for an amazing deal.

Sabrinayou have to go out and find the dealmake it happendon't let people tell you noget ahold of some private investors these can be found by talking to realestate agents, the city, the county, building sitesthere are people out there that will work with you as long as you are persistent about finding the money to get a deal donecome up with differing ways to make a deal-owner carryrent to ownassume mortgage ect...never be afraid of making a deal- once you get a contract signed on a deal you will be able to get the money-try it it worksgo find you a place- get a contract- go get financing,  youll be amazed at whom will respond to a signed contractenjoy
