You can't advertise a meetup on BP unless your a Plus or Pro member, so keep that in mind.BP basically helped us connect with other investors in the area.

They do however give financing like advertised...kind of.

Bandit signs are cheap but more or less illegal and depending on your area would get taken down quickly.Doing a DRY double closing is rare, but there are title companies that do them, but I would call this a "grey area" so I'm sure they won't advertise that they do.
