If they let you move it out of the park then they will incur much greater expense to fill the space again and also lose money due to lost space rent while it is vacant.If it were my park I would do the same thing.

Great book and I learned a lot in understanding the process of how rehabs are priced and all possible work to consider... but I still feel pretty lost as far as pricing and ranges, especially in an expensive market like Los Angeles.
