Are these just topical prices in the summer time?

I understand the answer is probably subjective, but I think this is an important topic, as it keeps your portfolio in a safe position.

The BRRRR strategy is one of those holy grails and buzz words in the investment community, and so it's a hot topic that everyone wants to do!
