You'll be recognized in that community.As a lender, I recognized such signs and had an idea of the business activity level of that company, I understood the price range of a property before work and could later see the new pricing if it was listed indicating the quality of work.If someone came in with a contract from a company I recognized, often there were no questions about that contractor.

To some extent this is something that NADA does not push nearly hard enough and to some extent far too many people try to shortcut and do not read all of the instructions in the yellow books and almost never get the optional, and separate, training.I have been using these books for years as a lender with great success, and I, and others, have trained people working for me how to use them correctly.
