Self Storage has a general guidelines across the nation (you are individually renting units and never take possession of your tenants' treasures, hence the name "Self" Storage), however each state does indeed have its own specific rules so you cannot use a boilerplate template.Please consult your state's Self Storage Association (and/or website) and they will provide state-specific lease agreements to ensure that you are operating according to the law.Scott

I passed when they told me that could not lien for my fiduciary services (which was an immediate thumbs down to their proposition), When you purchase real estate at foreclosure sale, you are buying the real property subject to all senior liens, rights of possession, etc. therefore, the personal property (contents) would be treated no differently for a deceased owner as it would a living owner, pursuant to the foreclosure laws of that state and any federal statutes in place at the time (I'm not aware of any the latter).
