Buy low, sell high.....the successful ones seem to have mastered this regardless the market/region, along with the ability of getting creative if/when the market turns and they need to adjust.In our market (Midwest) it seems as though everyone is winning as a result of growth and demand.

Does anyone know where i can get historical transaction sales data by a region (i.e sales price, sqfoot, etc..., sale data) of all properties sold in a particular region in an excel/csv format? 

Lots of diversification in asset classes, regions, and teams. 

Each neighborhood or region of town has its own inventory data.

If its a national big 4-5, switch to a smaller regional bank depending on your balances and size of loan desired.

If that is true, I am moving to Capital Region, NY to mow lawns. 

I was thinking of coming in around that region, not sure if I'm swayed, I was talking to the seller's agent after all - her best interest is probably a listing price offer.

Property is located in a small town but in a high traffic area there and right next to the regional hospital.
