as a mexican catholic (and yes people, i am here legally and i pay taxes), i've had a lot of debates with people about politics because i tend to be conservative (i joke with my wife that i want a bumper sticker that says "warning: right-wing radical on board"), where as, in general, hispanics tend to be progressive/democrat.

Now that I think about it, there are billions of things I don't expect to happen...For example, I don't expect a U.S. invasion by Norwegian housewives hell bent on taking over fast food restaurants and conveniences stores across the nation.

The area may support coffee shops with transactions in the single digit dollar amounts but I don't see it attracting the types of restaurants, bars and shops that make NuLu an appealing place to work/live/visit.NuLu took off because of the awesome restaurant and retail scene that came in.
