We did get several quotes from contractors, only one of them is a mold removal company and everyone (regular home contractors) quoted higher than Green Home Solutions and they make no guarantee that what they quoted will be the final price because they do not know if the mold is deeper than what is seen.

After sending several payments for taxes and miscellaneous fees, totaling US$15,180, and after having gotten a written guarantee that the loan was approved and that I would NOT need to submit any additional payments or else he would reimburse me all of my money within 48 hours, he came back to me asking for an additional $6,000 payment.
