This has another interesting component, I always think if the "cleaner" expects you to pay every time and you take the time and effort to make complete the transaction, would not be justified to ask the "cleaner" for a small administrative commitment  from them, as that is there business and they should treat it as such. 

I haven't had any complaints so far and it really didn't take much time or effort.

Scenario 2 on the other hand, would be much quicker, simpler, and also net a tidy profit for the amount of effort...What would you do in this situation?

I'm not interested in selling by the way so please no solicitors.I'm genuinely interested in comments based on your experience.

What I mean by this is listening to podcasts, reading books, making friends & genuine meaningful relationships with other people in the real estate space and hearing their story, seeing how you can help them, and just constantly absorbing information and being in the sphere, taking hands on action and learning “trial by fire” etc.

This requires a little more effort each month as the bills come in.

Just not worth my time or effort or headache at this point....and really for no better place than a hotel room and doesn't seem to be any less costly.

I'm just starting out and have few commitments, so I'm happy to offerany time/effort needed. 

Plenty of people have been successful both ways, it's just a matter of putting in the time & effort.
