Where I live in the Boston area you can't get a parking spot for that.

Also, the Hudson Valley area in places like Beacon and Poughkeepsie where it's more affordable and there is still a means of transportation back to the city.

Hello all,I am a 21 year old male who is currently employed with an office supply company in Boston working an 8:30am-5:30pm job.

With all the public transportation available and the cost of parking in downtown and other area that folks work, it is more and mOre common to only have one vehicle per household.

Maybe the schools in your area are of better quality or it is closer to mass transportation. 

A poor town on a river, on one of the busiest interstates, with transportation growth that it has happening all around it.

I say this because I have often "rolled with the punches", and taken  different approaches the more experience I get.Getting a 3 family in the greater Boston area, believe market value, is a great opportunity.
