However, the sellers are looking to transition their holdings into more passive investments via 1031 exchange.The property comprises of nearly all fair market studios and spacious two bedrooms.

About two weeks ago, I had 6 showings in one afternoon for my LTR studio...3 were no shows, 2 canceled last minute and 1 didn't like it.

We are Wayfair, Amazon, and local consignment stores in order of volume, but put out a design specific higher end product.

That being said, they're almost all car break-ins and Amazon porch pirates with a few burglaries thrown in for additional fun.

The tax code incentivizes businesses and not employees, as wrong as we think it is for Amazon to not pay their fair share of taxes, look at the thousands of jobs that company has created, and the thousands of people that pay W-2 taxes because of it.
