HOA’s are private organizations so I don’t think there is a listing anywhere.If you’re interested in a property in a complex called “XYZ” then most likely the HOA is names “XYZ Homeowners Association”.  

It just feels like cities are organized differently than I'm used to or something!

@Justin Johnson I save their reports on Dropbox and organize by property and create sub folders for everything.

We took down a bunch of leads with Deal Machine to organize our prospects.

I do not have a team of my core four yet, because I wanted to see if anyone had tips on how to stay organized or what technology you use when it comes to communication with your agents, property managers, contractors, and lenders?

I feel like I finally have the organized format and know the steps to get started.

HOAs are like mini government entities and most of us don't think of government as well-managed organizations; by that logic, many HOAs also lack good management and can result in assessment after assessment.

Use a good real estate attorney, join a local/state real estate organization that provides lease templates (have it reviewed), hire a commercial broker who has this information.You need your lease to be accurate, legal and great. 

This board is usually volunteer citizens and make a decision based on their own.If BZA denies the variance, you could the appeal to council in many situations, but not always.
