You have to have the vision to see past the ugly things--whether they're on the inside of the house or on the outside.Once the bushes were trimmed down and we added flowers and flower boxes, it really created a nice curb appeal.

There is more stability with families which is very appealing, but I wouldn't fell as bad about having to evict select singles and couples without children.

I posted ads as a 2BR and a 1BR with an office to see what might appeal to different people and had it at the same price either way.Also thinking about the number of occupants what is the state code there for that?
