New machines last 7-10 years, and you can google the videos for repairing these very easily.

You need to set limits and the people you help have to earn it.I can't tell you how many times someone asks me a question and I tell them to watch a 3 minute video on the subject and then get back to me.9 times out of 10, they never watch the video and they never get back to me.
