I live in Bend Oregon which is a really strong market right now, but I am very interested to know how someone can turn that kind of money into a smart move?

Kind of unusual though.

It's not unusual for a property manager to advertise low fees (6%, 8%, etc.) and then kill you with add-on fees.

I pulled my full credit report and can't see anything suspicious or unusual.

Some investors say their numbers are not down, but I'm definitely seeing a reduction in the number of bookings and a lot of others are, as well. 2020 and 2021 were unusual years after people were forced to lock up for a year, then they wanted to avoid airplanes or hotels where they would be forced into close proximity to others.

I thought it was a bit unusual but said nothing.I later learned that both of them were wearing ankle bracelets courtesy of Allegheny County Jail.

Just my $.02 but I personally live in the Oregon (Bend) area and have grown up here and all my rental investments, etc. are out of state.

City of Portland has a ton as well as Hood River area, Mt Hood and of course Bend, OR.
