I opened up a business checking account for the LLC. 

I am completely new to this business, but feel I have studied a good amount about real estate investing.A friend of mine has been doing real estate investing for about 18 months and has been moderately successful.

I am a very flexible time in my life so I am looking for opportunities country wide and not limiting myself have not been this motivated in a long time and I am very excited to learn all that I can to make myself into a better investor and business owner.

many HML will call themselves private money lenders to give the illusion of cheaper rates and easier terms.Private money is just that individuals with funds to invest that are Private they dont hold themselves out as in the business of lending.normally this would be friends family or other high net individuals you may already know who want to do deals with you.

Brought up by a father who owned his own construction business my entire life, I know the trade well.

BTW I have 0 experience  ALL you need to do is connect with those that do have experience and provide rentals to OOS cash buyers,, BTW, I live in FL, and do all my business in OH, ,
