Also i was wondering of anyone here in the forum has installed solar panes to their apartments and how do you manage thr electricity bill with the tenants.

Depending on where your sewer runs you may be able to dig along side of slab and just have a clean out installed, but it can be quite costly.

They cost more but install without any crowning/bowing and personally I can install metal studs much quicker than wood.

Should I install a security system with a company like ADT or Brinks?

Remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms, new coat of paint throughout the interior and completely upgraded the flooring to tiles throughout the house.

Now , I don't replace the window blinds, I use a shower curtain to cover the windows, until the tenant moves in and then , if they chose, they can install their own window coverings or keep the shower curtain up.

Demo all the drywall out, remediate mold, complete reshingle of roof, replace all windows, replace all outside soffit/fascia/dormers, replace all siding, repipe whole house, rewire whole house, redo all mechanicals such as hvac, redo all interior and exterior doors, paint interior and exterior, replace any framing or insulation damaged by mold/water leaks, replace all gutters, minor landscaping, minor outside repair of concrete wall, install all new cabinets, install all new countertops, replace everything in 6 kitchens, replace everything in 6 bathrooms, install handrails,  install significant flooring and minor subfloor repairs, and install all trim in house.Project will cost around 150,000$.What would be fair for this?

My plumber said it looks like it was improperly installed sticking out of the ground by more the  than 3 feet.

I removed the enclosed porch screen door and installed a more substantial door (as the porch wall was one the exterior walls to the pipe).
