For someone staying out, what are your thoughts on paid coaching?

We are seeing that with investors in Norada, David Zook ATM investments and others are posting on forums like BP and reddit and creating private groups to try and stir the pot and get actions taken.

Most of them are under $10.

My limited experience is that anything except the Bronx seems not a bargain.

There are recent changes in how they are being taxed in Illinois.

Typically financing for investment properties are difficult if it's irrevocable.
