In all our years doing this work, we've only seen it successfully completed a handful of times because of how many hurdles you have to jump over and through.  

I am a huge supporter of Market Leader (used to manage accounts for 40,000+ agents across the United States) and have seen many agents have great success with their leads program, but it is expensive.  

Unfortunately, you should have negotiated to have the account deleted when you paid it off. 

Other factors being a negotiable price and being able to expand.

If they hired the person, they should have no problem employing them.It's really all negotiable.

It allows for speedy termination, cuts through a ton of other details, and incents a very thoughtful offer from the person triggering shotgun - there is no negotiation beyond that point.

So, I cannot say that I've experienced a lot of success at this point, but I think the support provided by the program is incredible.

By taking a proactive approach, we were able to successfully close our first two deals and establish a solid track record.
