Hey guys I’m here because I need help from the experts.Have a comercial property that a friend of mine is trying to sell,I feel he’s overcharging us for the property because he’s not asking us for no money down which I know for a commercial your looking at least 20% down.He’s asking $790,000We looked at the county records and is showing is value at $450,000.help!

Spend $10 on due diligence before giving someone $10,000.

I think it becomes hard because of the unknown variables of time toward money output and also keeping up with the laws as they are constantly changing.

We are able to borrow the money at 5%, however the lender also wants a small portion of cashflow (not equity) from each property we buy.

Exercising may cost a little money, but it places you in a much safer position.

I just want enough money to travel the world and give back to causes I care for.
