Below are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

But most of the work on a flip is interior anyway and it usually takes 12 plus weeks, so you can try and wrap up exterior still in November (special low temp paint) or wait until April.Make sure you have heat, if necessary bring in space heaters.

It's sad to say, but most death claims typically pay out around $1MM, but if a child is severely injured and will deal with certain trauma or issues for the rest of their life, that type of claim could jump into the multimillions simply because of the years of special care that child would need for the rest of their life.
