I actually just used this same process to secure a HELOC with a local bank on another property as well to secure the funding to buy the house.

What ran through my mind was.... since my property is in a gated community, I would need to contact the association and security to let them know guests are arriving and provide the names.

But I knew how to sell and close.now granted I sold land and ranch's so dress was jeans etc with boots for walking through the brush and such.But its really sales skills and techniques that are critical and I was taught by some of the best land men of their day.You had to take control from the first words out of your mouth.. if you are not controlling the conversation and the presentation you wont be a closer and closers is what U need to be if you want to make any money.I suspect that goes for wholesaling which many of you guys are trying to do  however which is MUCH tougher than just selling real estate you either own or is on MLS.  

Could be properties, loans, securities etc. since you asked i multi-family it will likely be a number of apartment properties.

Not so long ago I had a tenant that offered six months advance and double security deposit to get into the home and they have been on time excellent payment record tenants since.

People with Security Licenses have trouble investing in real estate properties because of FINRA rules is there another way around it?
