as far as the interest part goes, i'm not sure if i'm calculating this correctly, but with a $180,000 loan @ 3.75%/10yr, the final interest would be $36,132, but if I roll it out to 30 years which also increase the interest rate by roughly 1%, that interest rate soars to $158,072.
