@Greg Moore I’ve read the thread and, perhaps I missed it, but to those who are “roasting” the current appraisal process and appraisers in general, what is the solution?

The Doctor replies, "So don't raise your arm".The solution  to most problems can be found right in the problem...hidden in plain sight.The answer to your problem is simple.

The company regularly has to fly her from NY down to Florida to run things because the qualified and reliable talent pool down here is so limited.

@Ryan Holland Thank you for sharing your situation, and I really hope that you can figure out a solution. 

You can make disenfecting solution yourself so you dont need wipes which are terrible for our septic and waste systems....make a bleach and water spray 1/100 dilution.  

That could be one solution.
