If you do be prepared to have a rate of 9.50% or higher which in most cases would be a higher payment than if you simply refinanced and lost the 2% rate.You may also have road blocks with a HELOC that a cash out refinance would not have due to cash in hand and one loan.

And a second one for $7000 where I got about 3 months into it and did the live calls but could never get my questions answered and finally they were just pressuring me to buy properties that were several million dollars and telling me I needed to figure out how to borrow $700,000 or more dollars to get the down payment and I just quit.

I also try to be really clear with the MTR tenants I have how things are going to operate during their stay so there is no confusion when they are staying.This includes describing if there will be mid stay cleans, mid stay restocks, payment schedule, etc.
