For those of you that setup a revocable living trust with your spouse/partner for your real estate LLCs and other assets such as bank accounts, did you setup a single revocable trust or separate trusts?

I am new to real estate and wanted to get started house hacking.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

The approval process for vouchers and red tape involved getting it set up is a real struggle. 

Every successful real estate investor has a few "nightmare" properties they have learned important lessons from. 

They always get contacted by investors looking for deals and a realtor can help the entire process be more trustworthy and smoother than some random person on FB.I myself am a realtor here in Houston with a buyers list I have developed over my last five years of being in the investment real estate space.

I'd recommend diverisification, but if you do come across an exceptional opportunity in real estate or otherwise to be open to skewing in that direction.

Working with a knowledgeable 1031 exchange advisor or real estate professional who understands market cycles can be key to timing your transactions effectively and avoiding the pressure to buy at a peak.
